Gene On Earth Announces New Label ‘Nug-Net’ Featuring Works From His Production Course’s Students

The label launches with a vinyl release as well as a 12-track compilation exclusively available on Bandcamp

“In 2021 during the Coronavirus pandemic, Gene On Earth created his production masterclass "Nuggets: The Blueprint." This is a collection of works submitted by students shortly after finishing the course, available exclusively on Bandcamp.”

Current times’ tech-house maestro Gene On Earth announces his new project Nug-Net with this - between the core concept of pushing up and coming artists delivering sounds shaped by his production technique lessons and the lovely Windows 98’ Internet Explorer styled graphic, we immediately got interested in this lovely project. The collection features twelve tracks, each by a different artist. Surely you’ll notice some classic Gene On Earth sound tweaks and I dare to say even arrangements and compositions tricks, however each track features an original track to it and some explore very different genres. You’ll get some nice dancefloor goodies from wild percussive groovers to neat breakbeats takeovers. Enjoy the previews here and don’t forget to buy them to support the label and artists here:

From the same concept, a vinyl only release is also out on the label, featuring four additional exclusive tracks from the course’s students.

If you are interested in taking the course yourself, you can visit this website for more info.
